2023 has been SUCH an epic year!
I have captured so much love, joy and confetti, it makes my heart full! How bloody lucky am I to have such an incredible job?!
I always enjoy reflecting over the past year and celebrating all of those special moments – big and small. I kicked off the year with Sophie and Rob’s intimate wedding at Brighton Town Hall back in February and shot my final wedding of the year in November for Coral and Robbie’s gothic wedding that included a stroll along the beach as a storm touched down!
It’s been a year of absolute vibes. I’ve shot weddings in Brighton and Glastonbury Festival, styled shoots in Portugal, traveled to York, Nantwich, London and Oxford for gorgeous celebrations, revisited some of my favourite venues Pelham House, Brighton Town Hall, OhSo, and shot in some brand new ones including the stunning Falmer Court, Ginger Pig, Dorfold Hall, The Ivy & Brighton Metropole.

Funniest Moment of 2023
Stacey and Tom’s entrance to their wedding party on mobility scooters! Honestly I don’t think I will ever forget this entrance and their guests reactions!
Best Dance Moves of 2023
Emma’s mum threw some epic shapes to Fatboy Slim’s ‘Praise You’ as Emma and Matty were introduced into the reception room! Alice and Henry had a whole choreographed routine followed by a group ceilidh and Josh and Jo’s dads had an air guitar competition in the middle of the dancefloor!
Best Confetti of 2023
Without a doubt, Flutter Darlings has provided the most epic confetti moments in 2023! From Katie and Luke’s colourful flurry, to Katie and Raman’s dancefloor cannons and Fran and Keri’s stunning confetti. I look forward to more Flutter Darlings joy in 2024!
Amazing Style Vibes of 2023
I fell in love with Chessie’s quirky Selkie dress and pink veil! Teamed with Alex’s colourful jacket, these two smashed the alternative colourful wedding vibes. And Charlie’s hand painted Doc Martens were to DIE FOR! Coral and Robbie pulled out all the stops for alternative gothic, halloween vibes and Jodie and Ryan bought some epic vintage glamour to their Glastonbury wedding. And not to mention Stacey’s incredible green dress from Chotronette and Emily’s stunning bridal suit from Hobbs. I’m so excited to see my 2024 couples outfit choices!
I’ve loved every second of every wedding this year and I’m so excited to see what 2024 has in store!
