Montague Farm offers a stunning location for your ceremony. Ceremonies can be held outdoors, or if you prefer an indoor ceremony, the beautifully restored barn creates a warm and romantic atmosphere, perfect for exchanging vows under twinkling fairy lights. The Palace is licensed for wedding ceremonies with seating for 100 guests and further room for standing.
Laid-Back Reception Vibes
Montague Farm offers a large outdoor catering space so you can bring in catering that suits your style. During the drinks reception, guests can wander around outside for canapés and fizz, admiring the views, or pop into the The Watering Shed barn to relax. For dinner and speeches, you can sit down in The Big Barn which is over 3000 square feet so no-ones going to feeling squished together!

For your evening reception, The Big Barn is where it’s at! There is so much space for dancing, a band, DJ and more evening guests. There is also plenty of space outside and in the Watering Hole Barn for guests who fancy/need a breather!

Montague Farm is a photographer’s dream! There are so many amazing spots within seconds of each other. The rolling fields and meadows create a romantic, sun-drenched setting, especially at golden hour. The rustic barns provide a more atmospheric and vibey feel, perfect for couple portraits or quirky group shots.
Accessibility, Accommodation & Parking at Montague Farm
Montague Farm is pretty accessible, it’s all nicely contained on one level, although be aware it is a working farm so some of the ground may be a little uneven in parts.
There is unlimited parking at Montague Farm – amazing! Glamping is also available for you to hire for Friday and Saturday through a third party company. The bell tents can be set up on the brow of the hill, looking out to a spectacular view and one of the best sunrise watching spots in Sussex – imagine starting the first morning of your married lives gazing out at that! Perfect for festival loving couples.
Alternatively, if you or your guests aren’t about the outdoor sleeping, there are plenty of local options for Airbnbs and hotels in nearby Pevensey Bay or Eastbourne.
